Our
breakfast menu changes throughout the year with
the menu below offering an example of what may
be available.
Start
with fruit juices, cereals, yoghurt and fruit
and then choose from one of the following: Ratagan
beech smoked salmon with scrambled
eggs
Grants
traditional Highland cooked breakfast
Poached
fillet of Isle of Skye smoked haddock with a
poached egg
Griddled Scottish pancakes with
seasonal berries and local honey
Two
lightly poached eggs on a toasted and buttered
English muffin An
omelette of butter sautéed wild and
cultivated mushrooms with roasted vine tomato
All
of the above served with warm morning rolls and
copious quantities of freshly brewed tea or coffee!
