Start with fruit
juices, cereals, yoghurt and fruit and then choose from one
of the following:
Ratagan beech smoked salmon and asparagus
with scrambled eggs
Grants traditional Highland cooked breakfast
Poached fillet of Isle of Skye smoked haddock
with two poached eggs
Two lightly poached eggs on a toasted and
buttered English muffin
Warm brioche, muffin and croissants, served
with hot chocolate
An omelette of sautéed wild mushrooms
and toasted goats cheese, served with asparagus
All of the above served with warm morning
rolls and copious quantities of freshly brewed tea or coffee!
