Grants is closed until the beginning of February 2012 although we will be responding to enquiries.

†Different rates may apply for gourmet dining events, 13th - 19th February and Easter. A single person occupancy supplement of £15 per night applies to each of the tariffs shown with the exception of the suite. The single occupancy supplement for the suite is £25. The dinner rate includes a 3 course evening meal in our restaurant. The 3 courses include starter, main course, and dessert all of which can be chosen from the restaurant menu. A supplement may be payable on some dinner and breakfast dishes.

Grants is closed on Sundays and Mondays, however, we can accommodate a stay on a bed and breakfast basis where it is part of a longer break with us. We do not accept bookings for single night stays on a Sunday evening.

Children
Please note that, in accordance with licensing legislation Grants is required to set a children's policy according to the facilities we are able to provide. Therefore Grants is unable to accommodate children under 12 years old in the rooms or restaurant, which includes very young children and babies that sleep in their own cots. Children 12 and over are charged at the standard room rate and although we are unable to offer a separate menu, we can serve smaller portions for some dishes.

Pets
One well behaved pet that sleeps in its own bed is welcome at £7.50 per night. Please note pets may not be left alone in the bedrooms. With the exception of guide dogs, pets are not permitted in the restaurant.

Making a Reservation
To make a booking, please contact us using any of the methods on our contacts page. Please note that we will require a deposit equivalent to the first night of your stay at the time of booking. A link with the details will be sent to you when availability is confirmed.

Please note these prices are subject to change. All prices quoted at the time of booking will be honoured.

Special Dietary Requirements
It is very useful if you can inform us of any special dietary requirements prior to arrival. Please note that not all ingredients are stated on our menus and therefore if you have an allergy on intolerances please ensure you check the contents of dishes.

Refund Policy
Should you wish to cancel your booking, you will receive a refund of any money paid, less an administration charge of £5, if the cancellation is at least 14 days prior to the start of your booking. If you booking is cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date, we will retain your deposit. Where bookings are cancelled within 48 hours of your planned arrival date, the balance of the first night of your stay will be charged in full, at the price quoted at the time of booking.

Please note that gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
