New for 2010 - The perfect treat for
budding wine enthusiasts who wish to
delve into the world of wine and food.
The
WSET
Foundation Certificate in Wine is
a great course for those wanting to know
the main grape varieties
and learn about food and wine matching.
It
also gives
an easy introduction to wine styles, storing
and serving of wine.
 There
are two afternoon sessions including the
WSET systematic
approach to tasting,
followed by a 5 course dinner on both
evenings, with each course accompanied
by a specially
selected wine. There is also an opportunity
to gain the recognised qualification
if
you
wish.
Starting
in October 2010, enjoy a two night stay
on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis
including all wine and soft drinks on both
nights
of your stay from just £645 for two people,
three night stays starting from £855 for
two people*! Discounts available for groups
of 4 or
more, please contact us for single occupancy
